NGW Series Reducer

NGW planetary gear reducers include three series of involute spur cylindrical gear reducers of single-stage, two-stage and three-stage, and coaxial input-output device. The speed of high-speed shaft is not more than 1.500 R/MIN, and the peripheral speed is not more than 10 M/S. It can operate at an ambient temperature of −40–+45°C, and rotate forward and backward.

NGW series planetary gear reducers are suitable for mine, metallurgy, lifting and transportation, textile, chemical industry, light industry and other industries. It is lightweight and small in size, more than 1/2 lighter than ordinary cylindrical gear reducers under the same conditions, and its volume is reduced by 1/2 to 1/3. Its driving speed is high, with single-stage drive reaching 0.97–0.98. two-stage drive reaching 0.94–0.96. and three-stage drive reaching 0.91–0.94. Its driving power range is wide, ranging from less than 1 kW to 1.300 W.
