YTH-Type Electric Roller

The YTH-type external speed-reducing roller employs advanced electric roller production technology introduced from Germany, featuring hard-surfaced planetary gear transmission, smooth operation, low noise, high carrying capacity, and a wide range of power capabilities. Configured with fluid couplings, backstops, and brakes, it is particularly suited as a drive unit for large-to-medium-sized belt conveyors operating in severe environments or with explosion-proof requirements. The YTH-type external speed-reducing roller consists of three parts: the roller body, the driver, and the motor bracket (the Type II has no motor bracket). The roller body primarily comprises a roller shell, a support, and a reducer installed within the roller. The driver primarily comprises a motor, a coupling, a fluid coupler, a backstop, and a brake. The motor bracket is welded from profile steel and serves to mount the motor and protective cover. Users may also design and manufacture their own brackets as needed.
